This Kit is recommended for driving in frequently changing and extreme different terrains.
One example is the long distance journey: The Defender 110 has a high additional load of 1000kg and an everyday weight (empty) of 2000kg. On a long distance journey the loaded Defender easily can weigh 3000kg. The difference is 50% and an adjustment of the suspension is necessary.
If a roof rack is fitted the center of gravity is higher thus a tighter adjustment of the shock absorber is important to achieve driving safety.
As a towing vehicle it is very beneficial to increase the compression stage on the shock absorber at the rear axle to allow safer absorption of the load on the coupling joint and to prevent swaying of the trailer.

To drive on the road in a sporty style, the suspension should be adjusted tighter altogether and also driving off-road with a tighter adjustment enables more absorption of energy before the suspension starts to bottoming out.
